Our Story...
3 Chicks is more than just a name - it's about two southern girls with a dream that
grew out of friendship and family. Like most southerners, there's a story to be
told. And we're no exception.
We both have ties to Mississippi -one grew up there and the other married a Mississippi boy. We both went to MSU - Shelley, Mississippi State and Diane, Michigan State. We both had careers before motherhood - a nurse and a human resources manager. Now living in Augusta, GA, our paths crossed and a friendship began that led to the beginning of 3 Chicks.
Like all other busy moms with little chicks running around, we found a need for quality merchandise at affordable prices for clothing and gifts. Thus, 3 Chicks - where you can find just that at one convenient location - just a click away at www.3chicksshop.com.

Our Policies...
Ordering Information:
You may order items on our website using your credit card or debit card through PayPal, a free and secure service (www.paypal.com). Therefore, all your personal information is kept confidential. We accept personal checks for local, pick up orders only.
We are working to set up our PayPal system to charge 7% tax, the rate in the state of Georgia, and a flat shipping fee of $7 (unless you have lots of merchandise that is very heavy to ship). However, until then, you will receive an email from either Diane or Shelley with an invoice that includes your tax and shipping to be paid prior to receiving your order.
If you are a local customer in the Augusta, GA area, feel free to stop by and pick up your order to avoid shipping costs! Just contact us to place your order and we'll provide you with directions.
Or, if you are local and wish to have an item of your own embroidered, we are happy to personalize it for you. Standard monograms are $8.00 per item. Larger monograms or designs over 5,000 stitches may require a custom quote. Please contact us so we can arrange all the details.
Typically, we will create and ship your order within 3 business days. If a particular item is out of stock, or if it is a busy holiday season, additional time may be required and you will be notified by e-mail immediately. If you need a rush order, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
By law, we are required to charge 7% sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in Georgia.

Return Policy:
3 Chicks, LLC stands behind the quality of all the products we sell and we want you to be happy with your order as well. However, since our items our personalized just for you and created per your specifications, they are non-returnable. Please choose monogram fonts and initial placement carefully and double check your order for accuracy!
If we have made an error on a monogrammed order or if an item is defective, please notify us within 14 days of your order date and a replacement of the product you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been created, it is non-returnable.
Shipping Policy:
3 Chicks, LLC ships our orders via Priority Mail by the United States Post Office. After an order is shipped, it should be delivered in approximately 2-3 days, excluding holidays.
Our standard shipping rate is $7.00 for MOST items but may be more depending upon the weight of the item. If you have any questions about shipping costs, please contact us and we can give you an estimate prior to placing your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00.
Expedited shipping and shipping to addresses outside the 48 contiguous United States is also available on most orders and may require an additional fee. Email us with your specific requests for a shipping quote.
All our orders are packaged alike in clear, cellophane bags, tied with ribbon around the top. Per your request, we are happy to include a gift tag on the package at no additional cost. Just notify us when placing your order and type your message exactly as you would like it to read on the tag. A sales receipt with pricing information will not be included in gift orders.
